I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your despatch No. 601/1915 of the 16th ultimo with enclosures, and to enclose herewith a bill for a typewriting machine purchased in accordance therewith.

I accept with thanks your offer to make the contribution to the Registry of Companies here £300 per annum. I have the honour accordingly to suggest that £300 be sent to me from the Treasury at Hongkong - £150 to be paid to the Crown Advacate and Deputy Registrar of Companies in respect of the half-year ending the 30th instant, and the balance to be paid out in equal instalments at the end of each month of the current year.
